1.     Club Objectives:

·      Provide a safe and enjoyable environment for players to participate in football.

·      Promote fair play, respect, and sportsmanship among players, coaches, officials, and spectators.

·      Develop players' skills, knowledge, and love for the game.

·      Foster a sense of community and teamwork within the club.

2.     Membership:

·      Membership is open to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria and agree to abide by the club's policies and procedures.

·      Membership fees, registration requirements, and renewal processes will be communicated to all members.

3.     Player Registration and Transfers:

·      All players must complete the registration process, including providing accurate personal and medical information.

4.     Code of Conduct:

·      All players, coaches, officials, and spectators associated with the club are expected to uphold high standards of behaviour and sportsmanship.

·      Respect for opponents, officials, and fellow teammates is essential.

·      Discrimination, harassment, or any form of abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.

5.     Training and Coaching:

·      The club will provide qualified and dedicated coaches who promote player development, fair play, and a positive learning environment.

·      Training schedules, sessions, and expectations will be communicated to players and parents/guardians.

6.     Disciplinary Procedures:

·      The club will enforce disciplinary procedures for violations of club policies, regulations, and code of conduct.

·      The procedures will ensure fair and impartial handling of disciplinary matters, including investigations, hearings, and sanctions.

7.     Safeguarding and Child Protection:

·      The club is committed to safeguarding the welfare of all players, and will follow applicable child protection guidelines and laws.

·      All club officials and volunteers working with minors will undergo appropriate background checks and training.

8.     Finance and Administration:

·      Financial decisions and expenditures will be made in the best interest of the club and its members.

9.     Amendments to Policies and Procedures:

·      These policies and procedures may be amended or updated as necessary.

·      Any changes will be communicated to members in a timely manner.


By participating in OneTen Elite, all members acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of the club's policies and procedures. Failure to comply with these policies may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of membership.
